2020 - Chardonnay Not your typical Burgundy Blanc! Briny/Oxitative lemon, apple, alluvial stone and quince. Medium body with a slight waxy texture. Persistant mineral finish with great acidity. Hand picked. Partially de-stemmed + whole bunches on top. Maceration 6 to 10 days before press. Fermentation finishes in barrel and ages 9 months.
