Aligoté
Beautiful light straw hue, medium ripe nose of stone fruit and light berries. The palate was wonderful and smooth in the throat with green apple, citrus, pear, and white fruits.
This is a very, very good example of an Aligoté with a nice backbone of acidity that allows it to be used with a wide range of foods. It is lip-smackingly delicious. Organic. Biodynamic
