Finca L'Argata is a complex expression of granatxa, very pure. Delicacy, fluidity, luminosity, freshness, very floral, and with a strong sense of place.
Hand harvested in the morning. Whole cluster fermentation with natural yeast during 3 weeks. The wine is aged in used barrels for 16 months. No oenological product used. No filtration.
