2019 - Pinot Noir
Elios is based on the concept of Van de Soif, which you can easily drink! The resultant wine is amazingly fresh and vibrant and packed with energy and tension. There are even notes of leather and earth showing through this intriguing wine which is immensely pleasurable to drink.
The Pinot Noir grapes for the Elios cuvée were crushed and go through carbonic macerated for a short time, using natural yeast, and then the juice was transferred to a large foudre where it matured for 11 months. Unfined/Unfiltered, No Added SO2.
