The Autumn Gin is a mix of plump heirloom tomatoes (Eastbrook Community Farm), sun dried tomatoes & tomato leaf for extra dimension, watermelon rind (Pristine Acres Farm) that we made into an oleo saccharum which adds a pleasant bitter/sweet & vegetal component, mint & basil (Distillery's Garden) & Mace (Dual's Specialry)
Love this as a 50/50 wet martini and any Negroni variation; overall extremely versatile in a myriad of cocktails.
