Cloudy, amber colored. Bright and bubbly, with notes of tangerine, citrus and honey.
This Pet-Nat is made from organic/biodynamic fruit in the 'Metodo Ancestrale' technique, with a longer maceration on the skins. Spontaneous Fermentation with native yeasts, and bottled unfined and unfiltered, with minimal added sulfites.
