2016 - Saperavi
Deep, almost black color of Saperavi with intensive aromas of wild berries, spice and eucalyptus. Powerful, ripe and strong character. A great example of how well Georgian wine can age.
Fermented and macerated on skins for 2 weeks. and aged in qvevri 20 months. Unfined/Unfiltered. No added SO2. Total Sulphite ~25mg/L.
