Malagousia and Assyrtiko
Malagousia Assyrtiko Black Label is a throwback to the traditional farming and vinifying of the Attica vineyards of field blends, with biodynamic grapes sourced from a single, bush-trained and dry vineyard with minuscule yields, and vinified with no intervention or additives, but traces of sulfites.
Vinification: Wild fermented in stainless steel, with almost no intervention and mild addition of sulfites.
Notes: Light yellow, floral, with fine fruit on the palate.
