Mourvèdre, Grenache, and Syrah
Light blend. Earth, medium tannins, mineral, dark blue fruits, violet.
Whole-Cluster, foot-stomped, and fermented in open top vessels with vigorous punchdowns twice or more a day.
Pressed after 5 days of maceration and aged in neutral french oak barrels for 8 months. Bottled with a total SO2 addition of 18ppm, unfined and unfiltered.
