2021 - Ribolla Gialla
It has a golden yellow color. On the nose aromas of ripe fruit with mineral notes. On the palate it is pleasant, medium-bodied and very easy to drink.
After manual harvesting, the bunches ferment spontaneously in steel thanks to the use of indigenous yeasts, macerating in contact with the skins for three days; then we move on to the refinement phase, always done in steel for 8 months. Unfined/Unfiltered.
