The new release offers up a beautiful nose of white peach, beautiful and delicate floral tones, patissière, a complex base of soil and a discreetly saline topnote. On the palate the wine is bright, full-bodied and racy, with lovely balance, frothy mousse, well-integrated acids and impressive length and grip on the complex finish. This is a very good bottle of Brut Nature.
Based on vintages 2012 (30%) and 2013 (70%), wine was disgorged in June 2017. 45 years old vines. Grapes are hand-picked. The first alcoholic fermentation takes place in an enamelled steel vat.
