Gewürztraminer 91% & Riesling 9%
The wine is dry, textured, and tastes of orange blossoms, rosewater, and bergamot.
The grapes were destemmed into egg shaped fermenters and topped with a small amount of Riesling from Sunnyside Vineyard - bringing some additional acidity to the blend. After macerating on the skins until dry, the wine was pressed into neutral French oak barrels to mature for two months.
