Ultra-concentrated and tension-filled with rippling muscle and powerful aromas of quince, candied lemon, saffron, touches of quinine—this is not a wine for the faint of heart. Easily can age up to five years.

Vinified whole-bunch in stainless steel and aged in barrel for one year.
