Inspired by a line from Robert Frost's poem "The Rose Family", The Plum, I Suppose is a sweet, floral spirit distilled from a combination of pilsner malt, pearl barley and koji, using dried plum kernels and marigolds as botanicals. The palate offers notes of toasted almonds, marzipan and sweet summer flowers.
