This is a Chardonnay of great finesse and mineral expression. Elegant and powerful made without so much of the oxidative Jura-side.Aromatic florals, fresh almond and hints of orange zest alongside the hallmark Jura spice and minerality.
The wine is juicy, bold with a strong acid line. Yellow apple, more nuttiness and orange peel. Spicy and oak bodied.
Coming from a single vineyard near the Côteaux des Corvées slope, with 60 year-old vines over marnes à gryphées soil - hand-harvested, slow pressed, fermented using indigenous yeasts, and matured in old Meursault barrels. Vegan
