This is a wine that can carry a conversation at a party with seemingly eeeveeryybody. Dark fruits, licorice, and herbs with an almost Charbono-like quality, yet juicy, fresh lip-smacking fruit is turned up a notch by Mexican chocolate and astute tannins.

Winemaking: 15 day carbonic maceration of Gamay, spontaneous fermentation in tanks with indigenous yeasts
