Some initial VA. Crunchy cherry juice with minerals, bramble, earth and some baking spice. A delicious blend. The wine is structured with an explosion of red/black cherry and its beautiful balanced acidity.

Winemaking: Syrah is partially destemmed, 10 day carbonic maceration in fiberglass tanks, 7-10 day spontaneous fermentation in fiberglass tanks with indigenous yeasts
