2018 - Sauvignon Blanc
The intense scents mingle with harmony; minerality alternates with a vanilla under currant with maturing citrus notes that can also be detected on the palate. The powerful structure melts in a round and lively mouth. Superb balance.
Part of the wine is vinified in cement and “inox” tanks, and another part in new oak barrels; the wine is aged for 10 months on the fine lees, with bâtonnage.
