Earthy, fruity, funky, nice lighter body with tannic structure to pair with lively plum and cherry notes. All rolled together with crisp acidity and forest floor qualities. Can come off with a bit of a tickle!
Grapes are hand harvested and layered by variety in whole bunches. Aged in tanks for a couple of months.
