This cuvée from Gamay offers a fruity, slightly smoky and very spicy nose. on the palate, you will find a gourmet juice showing a beautiful maturity and which is expressed in an extremely silky register. We recommend a quick decant.

9 months in old Bordeaux barrels.
Unfiltered/Unfined. Low added SO2.
