2019 - Mondeuse
The color is ruby red, intense. The nose is full of aromatic finesse with characteristic aromas of violet, blackcurrant and pepper. Freshness and suppleness in the mouth with a beautiful structure.
HARVEST: hand picked
VINIFICATION: 50% de-stemmed grapes and 50% whole bunches.
Aged for 9 months in Burgundy barrels.
Unfiltered/Unfiined. Low added SO2.
