A unique expression of Cab. Full, expressive nose of black fruits and white pepper, the Virtus has a charming mid-palate with delicate fruit and firm. It's fresh and low in alcohol (11%), but with the complexity of agining in vta and in the bottle. Aged in stainless steel. Unfined and unfiltered, smidge of sulfur at bottling in Spring.
