Intense color, complex nose of red fruits, very round wines with substance and a structured finish; deserves aging for a few years.
Age of vines: 30 35 years
Fermentation in indigenous yeast. Traditional vinification (pumping over and some punching down) then maceration on marc for more than a week and hot pouring of the wines into barrels for malolactic fermentation. One year aging 100% in barrels. Organic
