Gamay / Grolleau / Côt (aka Malbec)

Biodynamic farming; 25-80 year-old vines; clay and limestone for Gamay, stony clay/flint soils for Grolleau + Cot; carbonic maceration for 2-3 weeks, without racking or pumping, then aged for 8-10 months in tank; bottled unfined/unfiltered with 2 ppm SO2;

Aromatic with spicy cinnamon notes upon entry, then opens to high-toned violet and pure, juicy red fruit that seems to levitate in the mouth. You get a little earth, spice, and forest floor on the finish. Super clean and delicious
