Salty lemonade/limeade with super aromatic, hibiscus finish. Mid palette notes of clementine and grapefruit pith and green olives. Overall, If zesty margaritas were wine.
The fruit was destemmed upon delivery, left on skins for 15 days, and pressed in early October under a full, harvest moon. The wine was racked into glass where it quickly developed a floor and was left to rest for a few months. Racked off lees twice more, the wine was bottled in August of 202
