Dark brambly fruit with low tannin. An easy drinking chill-able red.
This was soaked on the skins for 5 days, no pump-overs or punchdowns, as always, bottled without any additives. Light extraction and easy drinking. A “nouveau” or more precisely a “primeur”, as it was bottled on the same year of harvest.
