80% Rkatsiteli, 15% Mtsvane and 5% Chinuri
Deep amber in color, full bodied, tannic, and quite spicy. Lots of dried apricot and tamarind notes, and a dry, dense finish. Quite intense on the palate; the tannins balance the alcohol just like a red wine.
A blend of approximately 80% Rkatsiteli, 15% Mtsvane and 5% Chinuri. A classic field blend where the grapes are co-planted in the organic Ojio vineyard in the beautiful Alazani Valley in the north central part of Kakheti.
