2018 Pinot Noir Old vines grown amongst grasses (enherbées) that are partially plowed, where no fertilizers are used. Grapes are hand-harvested, and selected at harvest. No added yeast, no chaptilization. Aged 11 months in 100-year-old wood vats. Wine is bottled without filtration, and no sulfites are added.
