2019 - Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Petit Verdot
Bold - earthy mushroom, leather over black cherries, blackberry with a licorice spice.
Wine vinified and produced without added sulfites, alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in cement vats then aging for 10 to 14 months in 2-year-old barrels (if the vintage has very little tannin, aging simply in vats). No added SO2.
