La Livinière (meaning “place planted with vines”), located in the heart of the Minervois between Toulouse and Montpellier, became the first vineyard to receive recognition in the Languedoc region. Vinification happens in a mix of concrete and conical foudre and it is aged in oak barrels. Bottled in ultra light recycled glass, label on reclaimed paper with non-toxic ink.
