Loved the atypical "funky" boquette, however its not too overwhelming. Perhaps a little cheese rine or maybe funky butterscotch, anyway its unusual. Secondary notes are stewed yellow fruits that follow to the palate. With a dry somewhat savory finish. I think this is a perfect food wine, if you are looking for a friend with dinner!
Fermented on the skins for 8 days with wild yeasts. Rested on the lees in stainless steel for 2 months. Low added SO2.
