2020 - Montepulciano Medium bodied red has heaps of character, and is slightly lighter than usual for this region. We recommend a slight chill. Carbonically Macerated Montepulciano. Made from 15-year-old vines, Sub is the juice slowly raised from the weight of the skin for 2 weeks. Native yeasts, spontaneous fermentation, low sulfites.
