Blueberry, blackberry, red currant, earth, bramble, delicate fizz glide across light black tea tannins and tingly acidity. Black cherry, black currant highlight the roasted hazelnut finish. Engaging, agile, fun. Giara red wine comes from Cantina Indigeno's oldest vineyard of 35 years old vines.
Giara is created with two week, whole bunch, skin contact and 1/2 destemmed carbonic maceration. It is aged in Tuscan 800 L. Anfora for 12 full months. All our natural wines are low intervention, unfiltered, without any additives, sugars or sulphites.
