Large and complex with aromas carried by a veiled volatility, notes of black currant juice, rhubarb and moist peat. Pulpy and powerful, full-bodied, tannins evolved and matured, accompanied by a nice freshness. We recommend allowing the wine to decant for 1 hour before drinking. ONLY 150 cases produced.
Age of about 75/90 years, placed at 450 meters above sea level, the soil type is sandstone - clay. Fermentation and maceration for 180 days in 200 liters amphora with natural yeasts. Aged 12 months in wood barrels
