2020 - Pinot Noir, Syrah, Merlot, Callet Tropical fruit notes with sun-kissed strawberry mix with fresh cut grass. It is balanced and has a very terroir expressive salinity that compliments its slight roundness. Hand harvested. Vinified seperatly, all are left on the skins for a few hours. Fermentation takes place in stainless stell tank. All processed through gravity, the method preserves the grapes natural aromas and creates an elegant wine.
