Bruno offers us a magnificent expression of Cabernet Franc on 2016 vintage: the beautiful maturity avoids the vegetal side that sometimes "hardens" the wines from this grape variety.


This gourmet wine, balanced, with silky tannins offers a lot of pleasure on the nose (on black fruits) and on the palate, with peppery touches and a nice length. The balance between fruit and freshness is there.

55-year-old vines on pebble and clay soils. Manually harvest and Destemmed with 21 days of maceration. Indigenous yeast. 12 months in barrel; 6 with sediment contact.
