Beautiful straw color. It has green fruits, fresh citrus notes with a lighter body but with touch of texture. Gaupasa is a Basque word that loosely means staying out all night, this is a fun and easy wine made in that spirit. As close as one can get to drinking in the Basque region without leaving home.
