Hazy with a flirty fizz, this Pet Nat exhibits the classical melange of lychee and floral, expected from Gewrtz. These dance in-tune with honey infused peaches, steeped summer tea and a slight heady beer-like finish. A pleasure to enjoy by yourself or with company!
Grapes are picked, once in the early season for acidity and another time when they are riper. Grapes are blended together and spontaneously fermented on the skins from eleven days to three weeks. Unfined and unfiltered, with minimal S02 only at bottling.
