Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, and Moscatel
This is an orange wine with some grip, but also offers beautiful aromatics of herbs, sandalwood and orchard fruit balanced with refreshing acidity, it has a kombucha feel, with that fermentation note almost bread crumbs-like.
It is hand-harvested, and fermented with wild yeast in amphora, and see 3 months of skin contact. It is unfined, unflitered, and sees no additional sulphur
