It’s difficult to recognize Riesling here, but it’s easy to guess natural wine, though it’s not radical. Apricot, lemon, orange peel, and fall leaves. It’s spent some time on the skins. Super high acidity. Rich texture and a good finish A Riesling that comes from the heart of Hungary. 40-year-old vineyards that grow on a wonderful volcanic soil capable of imparting minerality to the wines.
Refinement in amphora for 10 months on fine lees. It is not filtered and no addition is sulphurous before being bottled. 1600 bottles produced.
