Citruses, spring flowers on the nose, refreshing acids and a bit of grapefruit rind grip on the palate. Very elegant, juicy and easy-drinking. Blended and bottled while still fermenting, with 16 grams of residual sugar, disgorged in the early spring of the following year. Unfiltered, unclarified no sulfur added.
