Very elegant floral nose, with hints of flint. Very dry on the palate with ripe acidity. Elegant, crystalline salinity, giving a beautiful purity and a touch of mouth typical of granite soils.
The grapes are poured whole into the pneumatic press, then gently pressed. Fermentation for 8 to 10 months in old oak barrels using indigenous yeasts. Bottling at the property without filtration or addition of sulphites.Organic. Biodynamic
