2018 Carricante, Catarratto, and Minella bianca Carmelo Sofia runs the winery along with his sister, Valentina. This wine is named after his father, Gioacchino, who helps out - mainly in the vineyard. The vehicle on the label is called Ape Piaggio in Italian or Lapa in Siciliano.
