This wine is wound up tight and and ready to go with buzzing acidity, like drinking bright cherry juice out of a bee hive (please do not attempt), this light red is ready to chug with a slight chill to it.
Vinification: Hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeasts, then aged in troglodyte caves beneath her vineyard.
