Grape Varietals: 50% Albana and 50% Trebbiano Romagnolo
Farming: Organic, Low added So2 and Unfined/Unfiltered
It smells of field herbs, chamomile, cereals, earth and roots and it’s a peasant wine in the noblest sense of the word! The grapes are destemmed. La Corte is the result of 4 small separate vinifications then assembled together. Aged in stainless steel vats and neutral barriques (roughly 30% of the wine). Unfined/Unfiltered. Low added SO2.
