With the El Torrent de la Bruixa wine, the leading vine-grower is David Baixas. He cultivates vineyards located in the town of Aiguamurcia (Tarragona) with clayey and calcareous soils. He uses ecological agriculture and biodynamic treatments instead of chemical products. The harvest is carried out manually at the optimum point of ripeness.
