Harvested by hand, joint vinification of the varieties. 80% destemmed and the rest ferments with the whole grapes in stainless-steel tanks. Indigenous yeast, no filtration, no clarification.
Bosc Cremat is made with the help of winegrower David Baixas. The grapes come from Mas Regany, an ecological vineyard with clay-calcareous soil in the town of Aiguamurcia (Tarragona).
