2019 Shiraz and Xarel-lo Harvested by hand, joint vinification of the varieties. 80% destemmed and the rest ferments with the whole grapes in stainless-steel tanks. Indigenous yeast, no filtration, no clarification. Bosc Cremat is made with the help of winegrower David Baixas. The grapes come from Mas Regany, an ecological vineyard with clay-calcareous soil in the town of Aiguamurcia (Tarragona). The vineyard is cultivated in a way that takes into account the needs of the soil and the vine as much as possible and the harvest is carried out manually at the optimum point of ripeness. Organic
