Fruity, lively, and rustic. Aromas of red fruit such as strawberries and vanilla. On the palate, it is fruit-forward with red berries, cherries, and a hint of spice. Long-lasting tannins. Manually harvested. Whole clusters in raw oak barrel, barrel rolled for ten days. Pressed after ten days and back in raw oak barrel for a year. Unfined, Unfiltered. No added SO2.
