2018 Winemaker Avi Deixler sources all of his fruit from the organically farmed Poor Ranch vineyard. The old vine Syrah vineyard is also dry farmed. The fruit is fermented whole cluster in tank and then pressed to barrel. The Elephant is bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no additional sulfur or additives. Nothing but grapes.
