Aromas and flavors of black plum, violet and herbs surround a wonderful texture, with enough chewiness to make the wine stand up to food. It is a typical every-day wine, that is well paired to many dishes. The wine is characterized by a purple color and is characterized by good soft tannins, with final full and supported by a strong fruit forward power.
After pressing and de-stemming, the fermentation is taken to 7-10 days, according to the age. Malolactic fermentation and aging are made in stainless steel tanks.
